Tips on how to brew a perfect tea while preserving its nutrients.

  1. The important trick to a well brewed tea is the temperature of the water. The temperature of the water should be below the boiling point of 100 degree C.
  2. Time as always plays an important role in the process of brewing tea, steeping the tea for a long time makes the tea taste bitter, so just the right time of 30 sec- 40 sec is enough.
